1. Eggstravaganza! 

Hosted by the Lake Region Corporation, this fun easter-centered community event at 425 College Drive S is sure to be full of family fun. The April 1st event even has gift bags for the first 300 people to enter! The Eggstravaganza is carnival-style and free to attend. Many non-profit organizations will be present with games, activities, and a variety of prizes at their booths.

2. Spring Activities at Grahams Island State Park

This stunning state park boasts incredible lakeside views, countless lodging options, and gorgeous hiking trails. This destination, located at 152 S Duncan Road, is also a world-class fishing destination. 3. Creel Bay Golf Course

This municipal golf course, located at 515 Country Club Road, has a professionally designed golf course and top-notch facilities. 4.  City Plaza Spring Show

Taking place on April 1st at U.S. Highway 2 West, the spring show is hosted by the City Center Plaza shopping center and features indoor and outdoor displays. Shop crafts, home decor, clothing for women and children, and beauty products at this day-long activity. Feel good knowing you are supporting local artisans and small businesses alike.

5. Fort Trotten State Historical Site 

This historic military post will bring you back in time. This little historic town still sits with a theatre, museums, traveling exhibits, hotels, and more that help paint a picture of what life was like in the late 19th century. Walk the streets and see expansive faded murals from years past. The historical site had many roles over the last 150 years from a military post, Bureau of Indian Affairs Boarding School, preventatorium for tuberculosis, and more.
